Return Policy:

Because our product is food-based, we cannot accept returns on opened or unopened tea & tisanes or other food items.

We offer a full refund (less the cost of shipping) on unopened accessories such as infusers, tea pots and kettles.  Items are not refundable if opened.

 

Health Claims:

Drinking tea is great for you!  Consuming all natural and organic ingredients is also a great lifestyle choice and one we're proud that you've made.  Since we're not Doctors or Scientists, we cannot claim that our teas will improve your health and wellness, so please note that while we've focused our efforts on healthy choices, we do our best to not make any health claims.
